Mission Statement of the James A.
Tuttle Library
Antrim's James A. Tuttle Library assembles, preserves, and makes freely available books, periodicals, newspapers, videos, pamphlets and other media
for education, recreation, and research. The library serves as a resource
for reliable current information, and is a repository for historical documents and other items of interest to the community.

The library is a
center for educational and cultural programs, meetings, lectures and exhibits. It offers these services regardless of race, creed, ethnic origin
or occupation, and adheres to the principles of the American Library Association's BILL OF RIGHTS and FREEDOM TO READ statements.

| - Library cards must be
presented to borrow books and to use the public-access computer. |
| - Video tapes are loaned for a
period of one week and are not renewable. |
- CD's are loaned for a period
of two weeks and may not be renewed. All other library materials
are loaned for a period of two weeks.

| - Books, audio books, and
magazines may be renewed at the librarian's discretion, usually for one
two week period. |
| - Books with a waiting list
may not be renewed. |
| - There is a limit of two new
books per patron at any one time. |
| - There is a limit of four
video tapes per family at any one time. |
