New Year's resolution: update our data files--both monthly archives and links to resources. What a disappointment to discover the mother of all extension service links has "been retired." The huge index of plant data has been replaced by portals, none of which lead the home gardener to the data. No search engine either!

Another critical public resource bites the dust.
