"Generating food for ourselves is a political act.   We maintain sovereignty and sufficiency by doing so. . ." An unnamed Mohawk/Algonquin farmer.

Our apologies for missing the months of September and October. Everything came together to provide us with a LOT of peppers to can this year. We ended up with about 35 pints of salsa, 27 pints of pickled peppers, and 28 half-pints of jelly, marinated and roasted peppers, and relishes, and sauces. Still working on tomatillos.
